1. He created a policy which kept the government out of the way of big and private business.
2. Cut taxes through the Revenue Acts of 1924, 1926, and 1928.
3. He signed the immigration act that prevented eastern and southern Europeans to
immigrate to the United States.
4. He signed the Indian Citizenship Act.
5. He refused that United States would enter the League of Nations.

He was the 33rd president of the United States.
He was Republican.
some of his accomplishments were:
1. The Great Depression happened during his term, after the stock market crashed.
2. He raised taxes.
3. Canceled private oil leases on government lands.
